Completing Phase One of Scientific Games Productions LLC Studio

(Las Vegas)   Grand Canyon Development Partners recently completed the first phase and opening of a 50,000 square foot production studio for Scientific Games Productions LLC.  Grand Canyon was hired by Scientific Games as the development and construction manager with the task of organizing the completion of the structure  for use in the production and filming of a game show in Las Vegas Nevada.  The first phase of construction was completed in less than 8 weeks from a dirt lot to a fully operational studio under a temporary use permit with the intent of converting this facility into a fully permitted and permanent structure as part of phase 2 of the work with the transition coordinated and occurring in between the production schedule dates.

In an effort to facilitate the aggressive schedule required to fulfill the first prescheduled studio production date, Grand Canyon worked with the team of architects, engineers, contractor, subcontractors and inspection teams on a 2 shift, 7 days a week schedule.
