Stadium Authority

Grand Canyon Development Partners has been engaged by The Las Vegas Stadium Authority to review and assess the 65,000-seat Raiders stadium design documents. The new domed stadium is planned to be a premium NFL and multi-purpose venue located on 62 acres, west of the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. The venue is anticipated to host large public events, including concerts and the Super Bowl. The Las Vegas Stadium Authority and the Raiders plan to take advantage of newly developed technology to add never before seen features to the stadium that will enhance the overall sport-fan experience. With the assistance of Grand Canyon Development Partners, the stadium is expected to be completed in time for the 2020 NFL season.

Clark County and the City of Las Vegas is estimated to substantially benefit from the development of the Raiders stadium. According to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor’s Authority (LVCVA), the stadium is expected to attract over 450,000 tourists, entrepreneurs and football-motivated buyers who will invest in the local economy.
