Grand Canyon Development Partners has been chosen to manage the development, design, and construction on one of Las Vegas’s most prominent new mixed-use projects.

EVORA sits on 42 acres within the heart of southwest Las Vegas, off Patrick Lane and Buffalo Drive. The master plan includes 1,343 residential units, approximately 240,000 square feet of commercial space, 5+ acres of open space, and a public park. EVORA is planned to be constructed in four consecutive phases.

The project will feature a multitude of onsite resort-style amenities including restaurants, state-of-the-art fitness and recreation facilities, numerous retail outlets and grocery stores. All with subterranean parking for ease and comfort.

All suites will have access to campus wide secure WIFI, package lockers, and a reception desk. EVORA’s 1.5-acre public plaza, performance pavilion, and 1-mile perimeter walking trail will be open to the public. The building will provide a touchless entry system, operable windows, outdoor balconies, and an air ionization system that captures and destroys viruses, mold, pollen and other contaminants.
